Blind and Vision Impaired Patients

All forms, paperwork, dental charts, and radiographs at Smiles By Rosie are electronic. We can enlarge the text of any form and are happy to transfer information to accessibility devices or read it aloud. We are happy to email or send any forms and consents beforehand if a patient would like to access and sign them at home. Most consents are signed at the office on the day of the first appointment, and our signature pads have an indicator for where to begin signing.

We have a water dish in the waiting room for service animals. During your dental visit, please direct your animal to wait at the foot of the dental chair so that he or she does not get injured or interfere with the dental visit.

Deaf Patients

Smiles By Rosie uses SMS and e-mail appointment reminders and all staff are trained in using TTY relay systems. All forms and paperwork in our office are electronic, so we can easily add written information and instructions to our documents. When you make your appointment, please let the office manager know about any interpreter needs (which may need to be booked out one month in advance.) Please let us know about any other accessibility needs!
